One-Day Clay Day (4 People)

A whole day (10:30-16:00 - with some flexibility if required) of exploring clay with a buffet lunch included.

Suitable for absolute beginners as well as those revisiting skills that may have got rusty.

If you have a particular project you want to try out (e.g. flower pot, mug, jug, tile, plate, hanging decoration) then we will discuss how you can achieve that in the time available.

Lessons include approximately 10lb of clay each and the firing of six of your pieces each, which will be ready approximately 3 weeks after the session.

When you book the class I will contact you shortly afterwards to arrange the date and time.

Please Note (Horrid Small Print Alert!):  Below is my standard small print.  However, during the current pandemic there is a greater degree of flexibility being exercised - if you have any concerns please contact me beforehand.

Cancellation / Postponement Policy: If you cancel your booking over 30 days from the course date you will be refunded 50% of the course fee less a £10 administration fee.  If you cancel 30 days or less from the course date, I reserve the right to charge in full for the course unless a replacement person is booked for that specific course date.  If you wish to postpone your course then I reserve the right to refuse this if I cannot fill the date. The cancellation policy then applies.

Collection of Pots: Due to lack of storage space I'm afraid I can only hold on to your beautiful pots for a month after they come out of the kiln.  After that point they will be disposed of.  If you are unable to collect them please contact me to discuss postage of your pots and a cost for that.
